Puratek Peptides – Shipping Policy

Puratek Peptides ships orders within the United States using major carriers based on destination and service availability. USPS is used for shipments to P.O. Boxes.

Orders placed by 1 pm pacific time on business days typically ship same day etc…” replacing it with “Orders placed by 1:00 PM PST on business days ship the same day.  Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Shipping rates and carrier options may vary and are subject to change.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. Optional shipping insurance may be selected at checkout at the customer’s expense.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, any shipping-related issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and may require photo documentation for review.
