If a product purchased from Puratek is independently analyzed and found to fall below our guaranteed purity thresholds, the researcher is entitled to the following:

  • A Full Refund: A 100% refund of the original purchase price for the specific batch/vial tested.

  • Testing Credit: A site credit issued for 25% of the total cost of the third-party test. This credit can be applied toward any future procurement of Puratek laboratory reagents.

Guaranteed Purity Thresholds

Due to the varying molecular complexities of synthesized compounds, the following thresholds apply:

  • Standard Catalog Items: Guaranteed at 99% purity or higher.

  • IGF-1 LR3 Exception: Due to the complex nature of recombinant protein synthesis and purification for this specific peptide, IGF-1 LR3 is guaranteed at 97.0% purity or higher.

Mandatory Requirements for Eligibility

To qualify for a refund and credit under the Puratek guarantee, the following strict protocols must be met:

  • Approved Facilities: Testing must be conducted by one of the following recognized independent laboratories:

    • Janoshik Analytical

    • Chromate Analysis

    • Freedom Diagnostics

  • Verification Window: Result submissions must be emailed to our team within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Sample Integrity: The submitted test must be performed on an unopened, vacuum-sealed vial from the original Puratek shipment. Tests performed on reconstituted, tampered, or previously opened vials are ineligible for this guarantee.

  • Verifiable Documentation: The submission must include the official laboratory report (PDF) and a verifiable link to the results on the laboratory’s public database. A copy of the testing invoice must also be provided to calculate the 25% credit.

Please email your results and testing invoice to support@puratekpeptides.com with the subject line: "Quality Verification – Order #[Your Order Number]." Once Puratek verifies the report and invoice with the laboratory, your refund and site credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
