Affiliate Program Terms – Puratek LLC

The Puratek LLC Affiliate Program (the “Program”) allows approved promoters to earn commissions by referring customers to our store. By joining or continuing to participate, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and to all other Terms & Conditions published on our website.

1. Commissions and Discounts

Affiliates generate earnings when customers complete purchases using their unique affiliate code:

• Each qualifying order placed with an affiliate code earns the affiliate a 5% commission on the order value.

• Customers who use an affiliate code at checkout receive a 10% discount on their purchase total.

• Commissions accumulate in the affiliate’s account and become available for withdrawal once the balance reaches 100 USD or more.

• Once eligible, affiliates may choose to receive payouts either as cash or as store credit.

2. Payout Rules and Eligibility

Commissions are only paid on legitimate, completed orders:

• Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent do not generate commissions.

• When the minimum 100 USD threshold is met, the affiliate may submit a payout request at any time, subject to our processing timelines.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and current payment details; failures or delays caused by incorrect information are the affiliate’s responsibility.

3. Promotional Requirements and Content Standards

To remain active in the Program, affiliates must follow Puratek LLC’s promotional standards:

• Affiliates are expected to publish at least two promotional videos per week that feature or reference Puratek LLC products or branding.

• All content must follow the rules and community guidelines of the platform where it appears and must not show or promote consumption, misuse, or unsafe handling of research chemicals.

• Affiliates are not allowed, under any circumstances, to apply their own affiliate code to their personal purchases.

If we determine that these rules have been violated, Puratek LLC may take one or more of the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend the affiliate’s code.

• Permanently remove the affiliate from the Program.

• Cancel unpaid commissions, particularly where fraud, abuse, or serious misconduct is involved.

4. Misuse, Fraud, and Program Violations

Puratek LLC reserves the right to protect the integrity of the Program and our customers. Affiliate access may be revoked if we reasonably believe that:

• An affiliate used or attempted to use their own code for their own orders.

• Traffic, clicks, or sales appear artificially inflated, automated, or otherwise fraudulent.

• Promotional materials are misleading, deceptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

• Any term in these Affiliate Program Terms or in the general Site Terms has been breached.

Decisions regarding suspension, termination, and commission forfeiture are made at the sole discretion of Puratek LLC and are final.

5. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent contractors:

• Being an affiliate does not create an employment relationship with Puratek LLC.

• No partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship is formed by participation in the Program.

• Affiliates are responsible for their own business activities and any applicable taxes or obligations arising from commissions earned.

6. Changes to the Program

Puratek LLC may review and update these terms or the structure of the Program at any time:

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, including commission rates and eligibility rules, with or without prior notice.

• Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted on our site will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Public Leaderboard and Performance Disclosure

Puratek LLC may recognize affiliate performance through public displays such as leaderboards or promotional features:

• By joining the Program, you consent to having your first and last name, along with performance data (including but not limited to total commissions earned), shown on a Puratek LLC affiliate leaderboard or similar promotional material.

• This display is used for purposes such as transparency, community engagement, rankings, and recognition of top-performing affiliates.

• If you do not agree to this public disclosure, you must not apply to or participate in the Program. Participation is conditional upon accepting this requirement, and Puratek LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.
